Christy Till is a geologist who leads a multidisciplinary research program that studies the role of magma in the formation and evolution of planets, known as the EPIC lab.
As an assistant professor in the School of Earth and Space Exploration, her research integrates a variety of petrologic, geochemical, and geochronologic techniques to examine the mechanisms and timescales of magma genesis as relate to the evolution of planetary interiors and volcanic hazards.
